The main features of our safety enclosure are the high quality aluminium extrusion frame that encapsulates 360 degree clear polycarbonate panels on all sides. With large interlocking doors, allowing for easy access to all sides of the 1220 x 610 mm i2R CNC Router bed. The machine working area is automatically locked out while the machine is active, software controlled. Including a three button panel with lockable E-stop, Green LED to indicate machine active or not and a “Stop Cycle” button. The Button panel, E-stop and door interlocks fully integrate with machine and PC control software

The range of i2R A Series Small format CNC’s in combination with these safety enclosures are an ideal practical solution to develop these competencies in a safe and exciting environment.

The launch of the all new 5.0 Robotics Executive CNC Router available at BG Precision Australia.

The Executive CNC Router represents our most advanced design development working with the UCCNC controller on a small format CNC router platform. This series caters to users with high production requirements in a small format offering high speed, torque and precision capabilities that can only be found high end machines but for fraction of the cost.

It consists of a heavy all steel frame, Delta Servo control, 20mm Hiwin Ballscrews and rails, UCCNC motion control, Tekno Motor Italian Spindles.
