Frezowanie stali na obrabiarce SERON serii PRO+ o wzmocnionej konstrukcji. Maszyna zaprojektowana do planowania arkuszy blach aluminiowych i stalowych w rozmiarze 1500x3000mm. W przedstawionym modelu zastosowano elektrowrzeciono o mocy 30kW.
Obrabiarka swoją sztywność i precyzję zawdzięcza solidnej, żebrowanej konstrukcji wzbogaconej dodatkami kompozytowymi. Stabilność wymiarową obrabiarki zapewniają procesy odprężania, którym została poddana konstrukcja przed obróbką powierzchniową na wielkoformatowym centrum obróbczym.

Steel milling on the SERON PRO+ series machine with a reinforced structure. The machine is designed for planning aluminum and steel sheets in size 1500x3000mm. In the presented model, a 30kW electrospindle was used.
The machine owes its rigidity and precision to a solid, ribbed construction enriched with composite additives. The dimensional stability of the machine is ensured by stress relief processes that the structure has undergone before surface treatment on a large-format machining center.
