Went to Toronto to see this AXYZ, Model, 4008, ( 4′ x 8′ process area), 2004, lightly used CNC router today after it arrived in from Windsor, Ontario. Very impressive. Price: $19,500. This turn-key package is complete with a Vacuum Table, 10 HP Becker Pump, and Dust Collector, which normally is not included. It was only used to pocket MDF and wood for a mosaic tile making business that is now closed. The Spindle is an Italian Elke used by most AXYZ routers with variable speed of 6 – 25,000 R.P.M and controlled by a hand held pallet. It comes complete with AXYZ operating manuals, wiring manuals and a manual for the 10 HP Becker Pump – the industry standard. The Vacuum Table is in pristine shape and the spindle and all Axis run smoothly. All components have been serviced by a skilled technician who specializes in AXYZ routers service. Incidentally the technician will be able to provide you with training if required and tells me that you should feel comfortable, after training, to operate the router after just two days. AXYZ machines are manufactured in Burlington, Ontario so all parts can be locally obtained.
The router with its 3 axis and spindle operates on 220, 3 Phase and the Becker pump on 580 Volls, 3 Phase power. The spindle and all axis run smoothly. Pallet control makes operation simple. The router connects to the computer via USB. Comes complete the AXYZ tool path software. At this fair price I would expect it to be picked up quickly.
Only used 10 – 15 hrs. per week and it resides in Etobicke,Ontario

I’ll show you how to change the change the router bit in a CNC tool holder. After the router bit is changed it needs to be loaded into the CNC and then calibrated.

Once calibrated, the machine will know exactly where the end of the router bit is in relation to the CNC.
