KANO™ HD is a true unitized CNC cutting machine that delivers accuracy, productivity and reliability. Our machine accuracy is built-in. We do not use shims or jack screws to adjust machine components into straightness. Park Industries® uses laser interferometers to prove it. Non-compensated motion accuracy of KANO™ HD is measured per ISO 230-2 over a 60” x 60” area. Bidirectional Positional Accuracy is +/- .004” and Bidirectional Repeatability is +/- .001”.

CNC Spoil board Resurfacing
Watch as we resurface MDF on our Venture Cabinet Nesting Series CNC router.
Why do we resurface spoilboards?
– Remove top layer of board, allowing for better vacuum hold down
– Ensure the spoilboard is level or square to the machine. This allows you to maintain tight and consistent tolerances in regards to depth cuts
– After cutting a large number of sheets of material, the spoilboard is covered in cut marks, which can effect vacuum hold down. By resurfacing the board, you are removing those cut marks and creating a new spoilboard in the process.
When cutting, we suggest placing a rigid material under your cut piece so your bit can cut slightly through the bottom of your work piece, as well. You will end up with clean top and bottom cuts. After running production for a while, you will end up with a lot of holes, scratches, etc on this material. It’s always a good idea to work on a clean, flat surface. This is when you will want to clean up your spoil board. It is always a good idea to surface your material.

Machine Structure
The machine tool is welded with a thick steel structure. After the quenching process, the mechanical structure of the heavy six-legged structure is designed. Gantry Structure
The gantry column structure is used for stable operation, and all parts of the machine have been manufactured with high precision and assembled to ensure high precision, high performance, and excellent quality.
Transmission structure
The X, Y direction machine adopts double-row imported linear square guide rails, which is stable in operation and high in precision. The four rows of heights are matched with the ball slides. The imported ball screw is used in the direction B, and the transmission precision is high. , the effect is better.
Working table structure
The imported black ABS plastic plate adopts high-quality features such as high hardness and long-term use without deformation. The countertop opens up a number of dense vacuum adsorption tanks and adsorption hole structure design and is equipped with a high-power vacuum pump to open an independent six-zone vacuum adsorption area. In the actual operation, each adsorption zone can be separately controlled to ensure the material opening of the plate, and the large plate and small plate cutting adsorption force is firm and various shapes, irregular shapes, and good adsorption effects.
