I finally decided to build a CNC plasma table…I want to do this on a budget, so I will be using as much material that I have on-hand as possible, and hitting up the local scrap yards to see what I can use…Today the cable routing gets started, along with the plans for the CNC controller and stepper motor drivers…

I finally got my DIY CNC plasma table up and running. in this video, I go over connecting the Hypertherm power 45 to my DIY CNC plasma table. Also, I still have a few things to finish until the table is done but it is making parts!

A quick demonstration of my custom built cnc plasma table. This table is based off of an open builds ox cnc router. Has a 36 x 48 table and a cut area of 30 x 48. Uses a downdraft ventilation system. Everlast power plasma 60 amp cutter with a machine torch. Floating z axis height switch. Price Cnc AVHC (arc voltage height controller).
