Add Air Assist to your Shapeoko 4, Pro, or HDM (https://carbide3d.com/shapeoko). Air Assist keeps debris away from your cutters, extending their life and reliability. This guide gives you a complete parts list as well as install instructions and part files for you to install air on your own machine. Especially if you are cutting metal on a regular basis, this upgrade is something you’ll definitely want to install.

Required Hardware for Install at Z-Axis:

Z+ (stock Z-Axis) – 2x – M5x25mm / 2x – M6x12mm

HDZ – 2x – M5x25mm / 2x – M6x12mm

HDM – 1x – M5/35mm
