It can also be used to make different grooves and profiles (A video with some frame profiles will be uploaded soon – so subscribe to be notified!).
For this I have used some steel rods and linear bearing balls, as well as some threaded rods.

Making the next aluminum part z axis of my diy CNC machine. This is the lower of the two bearing mounts which connect the Z Axis to the Y.

The plasma table is fully operational now! I’m super excited to have an operational table in my shop! It still has quite a bit of tuning left to do but I feel like all the big stuff is out of the way. For the build I used the precision plasma magnum II gantry kit, candcnc core cnc electronics package, hypertherm powermax65, off the shelf switches and local steel.
