I finally got my DIY CNC plasma table up and running. in this video, I go over connecting the Hypertherm power 45 to my DIY CNC plasma table. Also, I still have a few things to finish until the table is done but it is making parts!

Today I Finish up the Water table on my DIY CNC Plasma Table. I Install a shower drain and a plastic barrel to drain the water to and connect them with 1 1/4″ PVC pipe. I also plumb in an air line to lift the water from the plastic barrel to the water table. draining the table takes a little while but filling takes less than 3 mins to fill 40 gallons.
One thing that I’d like to note is that the 2 fittings on this plastic barrel were different. with the way I have the plastic mounted the bottom fitting was 2″ NPT and the top looked to be 2″ 10 TPI. the barrel had a cap that screwed into the barrel that had a 3/4″ NPT tap into the cap. I was surprised that both holes in this barrel were not 2″ NPT.
Thank you for watching!

In this video, I build a water table for my DIY CNC Plasma Table. the pan itself is made from a sheet of 16 gauge hot rolled steel. The water table ended up 55″ by 64″ and 3″ thick. next video I’ll be building slat supports and cutting slat on the DIY CNC Plasma Table.

In this video I assemble my DIY CNC Plasma Table. I go over what components I am using to build it including CandCNC’s bladerunner kit and nema 23 stepper motors. this machine will be using a Hyperthem Powermax45 plasma cutter. the plans for this machine are to use to make fabricating custom brackets for the Cherokee easier. Links to the components I’m using are below. thanks for watching.

I added slats to my DIY CNC plasma table in this video. the slats are made of 16ga hot rolled steel. I made the slat supports out of 1 1/2″ angle, cutting one leg of the angle every 3″. I used the CNC plasma table to cut the slats. it did work out the greatest because of an ARK ok light issue. im super happy with how the slats came out.
