build a CNC 4 Axis Gantry machine from scratch it is a multipurpose machine which can be used for wood router milling machine plasma cutter and CNC Welding machine. for controlling of the machine we used CNC usb controller and software .
for the plan and drawings ypu can send me message or write in comment

This past month I’ve been building a CNC Plasma table from Langmuire. The most worrysome part was opening a brand new $1400 plasma cutter to add a firing cable. Here I show the wiring diagram. Explain where to tap in. Prove the correct wires. Prove they’re hooked up correctly, plug into the CNC test fire, Then cut my first parts.
Savings!
Save $100+ off the Hobart 27i (Its even cheaper now $150 off!) Hobart AirForce 27i Plasma Cutter 500575
I saved $100 off the CNC with this defunct Youtubers coupon code: WORKSBYAHURST (his channel is now a corporate channel with only sponsored videos, coupon code may still work though. Please update me if not)

The heavy mineral cast for our CNC milling machine has hardened over night and is ready to be freed from the casting mold.
The waxed laminated boards where easy to lift from the cast.
The corners where filled with silicon.
The weight is 180 kg and the base part weights 150kg.

3D topographical map of (part of) the Middle East cut from Ash.
Top left is Antalya in Turkey and the Taurus mountains, then clockwise Cyprus top middle, the Mediterranean coast of Syria and Lebanon, then Israel and Jordan, the Sinai peninsula, Red Sea and finally Suez, and the Nile opening out into the Mediterranean.
This project took about 10.5 hours to cut!
Roughed with a 10mm straight cutter
then finished with a 1mm radius tapered ballnose.

My objective for this project is to design and build a CNC milling machine without the need for any machining of the parts. Ordinarily, building a mill requires a much bigger mill to get the axis surfaces flat and parallel.
By using aluminium tool plate (which is in theory pre-machined flat) and bolting the critical components rather than welding, it should be possible to avoid any machine work. After all, I’m building a mill because I don’t have one!
Linear rails and ball screws are the cheap Chinese 20mm style that you can find on eBay etc.

This time I mount the spindle, wire in spindle control to the CNC controller, align the machine and finally make some chips! Final part was made using a 10mm indexable insert style cutter, 20,000 RPM, 1.5mm DOC, 1400mm/m feed rate.. Enjoy! _____________________________________ DIY CNC Milling machine build. DIY Wire EDM is finally a reality! This has been on our DIY CNC machine radar for quite some time, and finally we have done it. We added this attachment onto an old DIY CNC Machine. After all, it’s an extremely rigid epoxy granite CNC machine with a perfectly fine X Y Z motion system. We hope that getting a good working Wire EDM machine will help us produce better tolerance cuts in metals for our DIY homemade shop.
While this was just our first round of prototyping, we will continue to work on this DIY Wire EDM machine and turn it into a proper homemade CNC EDM Machine.
