This is another step in building my DIY CNC Plasma Table. In this video I machine and install the fixed and tension anchors for the belts that move the Y Axis gantry. I learned a little something along the way that I had not anticipated.

Here is the table part of the build. I opted to go without the water bed at first. I thought why not have the machine running and I will see if I need a water table. This was real fun to make.
I tried to weld as little of the parts as possible. The angles that hold the flat plat are removable as are the flat plates.

Now this is part 5 of the CNC conversion of a MANUAL MILLING MACHINE to a RETROFITTED CNC MILL. In this progress video I show the machining process of the gearbox cover to mount the servo adapter on it and the Y Axis CNC modification!
