The truth is, lots of companies make good cnc plasma tables, but I would challenge you to find a company that has the best overall value and combination of price, engineering, functionality, and most importantly support.

Alot of folks may want to go the DIY cnc plasma table route, others are looking for something as cheap ass possible. We use our Table like a custom Drill Press to save a lot of time and a ton of labor cutting thousands of holes in Square Tubing.
We only cut circular holes and rectangular holes, but you could cut any shape you want such as words, artistic designs, bolt patterns, etc.
The clearance between the Tip of the Torch and the top of the Cutting Bed Slats is 3″. The Cutting Bed is removable for extra clearance allowing a total of 8″.
The Table Frame is robust enough to support over 2,500lbs. of material weight allowing for taller material such as C Channel and I Beams.

In This video I use some dxf files to cut out Christmas decorations on my Langmuir CNC plasma cutter. I used 16 gauge mild steel on my Langmuir systems Crossfire Pro plasma table. After some sanding and painting they look great. I bought the dxf files on Etsy from a couple of different vendors. I also download the sign from the Langmuir file share.
