An Easy CNC Router Project You Can From Scratch (A Complete Step By Step Guide)

This video shows the beginner how to make an easy CNC router project from scratch using any CNC router design software. It also lets the beginner know they do not need to be an expert to make projects that sell. Yes, even the beginner can make money with CNC router projects.

The CNC project in this video is a house number sign, designed using Vectric Vcarve Desktop. However, all design software can do this project, including Vectric Cut2d, Easel, Carbide Create, and more.

You will also learn about masking CNC router projects for painting multiple colors using Oramaxk 813. You will learn how to apply the masking and how to remove it.

We will cut the project on the Longmill CNC router (by Sienci Labs) using the gSender control software.

This video shows you about the lightning-fast 1/4″ drill bit for CNC routers. Drilling holes with a CNC router is rarely thought about when it comes to time. Standard drill bits require peck drilling cycles which take quite a bit of time. Also, benchtop CNC routers use trim routers. they cannot be turned down far enough for standard high-speed steel drill bits.

The Lightning CNC router drill bits (1/4″ & 1/8″) are specifically designed to rip through drilling while keeping ultra clean cuts along the top edges.

This bit is excellent for the larger Cribbage board CNC DIY and other CNC projects, like cabinet making, that requires a lot of drilling. The Lightning Bit is optimally designed for production on a CNC machine.

The drill bit package provides all info you need for feeds and speeds for wood. These settings will work for acrylic as well. The bit can also be used on your CNC router for brass, aluminum and steel.

How To TRAM Your CNC Router Using Basic Tools, CNC Router Tramming Tutorial Video

This video tutorial teaches you how to tram your CNC router using basic tools in your toolbox.

Tramming is making sure your CNC router spindle or trim router is square, or perpendicular to the spoilboard (or waste board) fo the CNC router table. You want to make sure your router is in tram before you cut anything, including surfacing, or flattening the spoilboard. Otherwise, you will have uneven surfaces on your cuts and on the spoil board.

A much more accurate method for trimming is to use a dial indicator. that will be shown in another video.
