SLTL group laser cutting machines are well equipped to perform complex designs even circular puzzle with zero overlapping. Our machine gives a precise finishing in good quality results according to the thickness of the material preferred.
This precision comes in handy for creating the jagged teeth seen in several puzzles. Burrs on the underside of the incision are reduced or removed. This minimises the amount of post-processing required greatly.

The LT-FREE 5 axis laser cutting system is ideal for 3D parts, bent, hydroformed or pre-assembled tubes or flat and pressed sheets.
Traditional cutting, drilling, piercing, milling and deburring operations, which are normally carried out in sequence, can now be performed on a single machine in a single cycle.
This makes finished parts without ‘work in progress’ inventory, consequently reducing material handling costs and streamlining the entire production process – as well as downsizing the space needed for storage.
The system is equipped with a fiber laser capable of processing any type of metallic components (mild steel, copper, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, galvanized steel, etc.) at high speed with excellent quality.

LS5 is a sheet laser cutting machine created to fulfill a specific need: to provide a modular, fully automated, high-performance system which can be expanded to implement tube cutting functions later in time.
LS5 in sheet only configuration is an advantageous investment because it satisfies an immediate requirement and allows you to access the tube cutting sector at a later date making it still more advantageous.
LS5 can be equipped with either a CO2 laser source with a power of up to 4.5 kW or a fiber laser source with power up to 5 kW. The fiber source is advantageous for cutting high-reflecting materials (brass, copper) and for more effective aluminium processing.
The cutting process is controlled by sensors which monitor all the main parameters on both the CO2 source and fiber versions. Focus is regulated by a servo mechanism fitted inside the cutting head.
