I started this project a couple of years ago with the aim to build a cnc milling machine from scrap metal.

Here is my prototype portable CNC plasma cutter. It is controlled by an Arduino UNO with GRBL loaded on it. The machine is 2 feet by 2 feet and have a cutting area of 16 inches by 16 inches.
