I finally decided to build a CNC plasma table…I want to do this on a budget, so I will be using as much material that I have on-hand as possible, and hitting up the local scrap yards to see what I can use…The Y-Axis Belt Drive system gets designed!

This past month I’ve been building a CNC Plasma table from Langmuire. The most worrysome part was opening a brand new $1400 plasma cutter to add a firing cable. Here I show the wiring diagram. Explain where to tap in. Prove the correct wires. Prove they’re hooked up correctly, plug into the CNC test fire, Then cut my first parts.
