This is 2137 ATC CNC nesting machine with auto loading & unloading and labeling. The customized worktable is 2100*3700*200mm which is large enough to process most cabinets and panel furniture. With the automatic loading and unloading platform and auto positioning function, it can load and unload work pieces at the same time, which effectively improves the production efficiency. With Italian HSD 9 vertical drill unit, multiple vertical holes can be processed at one time, effectively improving the drilling efficiency. The 10-tool linear tool magazine is equipped under the gantry and it can change tools very quickly. This 2137 ATC CNC nesting machine can perform auto loading, auto labeling, drilling, nesting and auto unloading without stopping work. It is very efficient to mass process panel furniture.
