Lumex Avance-25. Additive & Subtrative Machine Tools–The way of the future!
Matsuura not only produces exceptional 5-axis machine tools with automation, the Lumex Avance-25 is a hybrid additive and subtractive machining marvel. If the laser sintering layer detects a bad print layer, the Lumex can detect it and machine that layer away in order to re-print and correct it!
Although Matsuura has offered this technology since 2002, it’s new to the US market. With it’s high process reliability and no manual need to change the head, this technology will continue to be a game changer for the injection mold and hybrid manufacturing world.
