Cutting simulated MDF Shaker Style Doors on the Stepcraft Q.408 CNC machine using the AMS-262 all linked below. To clear the majority of the waste I used the RC-2254 1-1/4″ diameter insert carbide surfacing bit.

I then switched out for the 46200-K 1/8″ Spektra™ coated downcut bit to clean up the edges.

I then switched out for the RC-1108 60 degree insert carbide v-bit to create a chamfer and sharp inside edges.

STM1325 CNC router with 4×8 size and 3KW water-cooling spindle, which can cut 3/4″ MDF with cutting speed of 12m/min. The 4×8 CNC router can also be equipped with servo motor to get more higher cutting speed.

If your work is just for normal cutting and carving, the standard STM1325 CNC router is enough.
