Here is the table part of the build. I opted to go without the water bed at first. I thought why not have the machine running and I will see if I need a water table. This was real fun to make.
I tried to weld as little of the parts as possible. The angles that hold the flat plat are removable as are the flat plates.

The truth is, lots of companies make good cnc plasma tables, but I would challenge you to find a company that has the best overall value and combination of price, engineering, functionality, and most importantly support.

Alot of folks may want to go the DIY cnc plasma table route, others are looking for something as cheap ass possible. Trucutcnc offers the entry level Series1 Gantry kit thats super inexpensive option for the hobbyist looking to save money and do some of the work themselves, but also have a real table with support. Some people are rich and want to buy the fastest most robust plasma table in the world! Seriously, if you have had issues or problems with your plasma table in the past, give these guys a look

Get lots of questions about the table, so thought I would make a video talking about price of the table, basics on how to use it, and actually demonstrate cutting out a part. A few years ago Chucke2009 did a video with Jim colt that is very good.
This video is a step by step process on how to design something on the computer that is downloaded from the internet, convert it into a CAD drawing, make modifications on the computer, and from there convert it into G-code so that it can actually be cut by the computer plasma cutter.
