With the new addition of the STV CNC Plasma Table, we are looking at some serious reduced build times for many of our products. For example, we use bars for our Kratos tire carriers which we have to drill holes in by drill press. Our hood latch supports brackets, our stud relocation brackets, our new dimpled steel sliders just to name a few. Drilling on a drill press manually causes holes to not align 100% all the time and this table will eliminate this issue along with speed up the process of such parts. Along with many other opportunities. For 6-years now we have purchased our plates from a third party plasma cutting service who also have their lead times and drive higher material costs. No more! By cutting our plates in house we will reduce production time and cost which we will pass down to our fellow jeepers. We’re just starting this table up so give us some time to get the hang of it. Very excited with this new addition. To think…we started in my patio building the very first winch mount for our WJ. Very thankfull for God’s blessings through all the late nightsd and hard work for this new investment.
