My dream is to have a big shop and I have got closer to this dream lately. I´ve got 30 years old CNC milling machine in quite bad condition and I am trying to restore it to look like new.

Building a casting mold for the bridge of the CNC machine with laminated boards; Threaded inserts for the linear guides, ballscrews, stepper mounting and the holes for the connection to the first part, the base. A granite board underneath provides the flatness. Inside edges are sealed with silicon and the inner faces are coated with separating wax.
Volume ca: 75 liter
All ready for the mineral cast with epoxy and rock and gravel…
