Fiber laser cutting machine is a high-quality, high-speed, high-precision, and high-efficiency CNC laser metal cutting equipment. It can be used for plane cutting or bevel cutting, and the edges are neat and smooth. It is suitable for all kinds of metal cutting. It is equipped with different powers (from 1000W to 12000W) for cutting metal plates of different thicknesses and materials.
The plate and tube integrated laser cutting machine combines the functions of cutting the tube and the cutting plate. It has a wide range of uses, flat metal can be cut on the working platform, and conventional pipes and special-shaped pipes can be cut beside it, which is suitable for large-scale production in factories.

In the video chapter of the full part tutorial where this clip was taken… We take a warped plate and skim it flat and parallel within .001 in preparation to go to the DMU 50 for the full Machining process. Each video chapter will explain the entire process including inspection.
