I could have just got a wireless keyboard but what fun would that be. Stole my sons xbox 1 controller for an hour and mapped it into my CNC plasma table so I can control it from any point on the table.

Before our move, the cnc plasma table’s controller had some issues and finally died. I had about given up on it. Decided to give it another go and make it better, let’s see how it goes.

STV CNC SparX10 Plasma Table Setup | Hypotherm Powermax 85 Torch (Today in The Shop #8)

Today Brandon is setting up our new 5×10 STV CNC Plasma Table!

Our plasma table is the SparX Pro 10 CNC Table with the Hypotherm Powermax85 torch head.

We first had to work on attaching and wiring the plasma torch, then Brandon got the STV CNC table running on its own and tracing designs!

On the next episode of today in the shop, we hook the powermax up to the air compressor and power source to get cutting!
