My process for going from parametric models in SketchUp to CNC manufacture, including ongoing trial and error.
This if for professional manufacture of cabinets, a subject I think is under represented on YouTube / sketchup forums.
Relying on the excellent Cabinetsense extension: www.cabinetsense software.com. Give it a try and if you do then let Paul know you heard about it from me, we are working together to refine and present it’s full capabilities in the run up to 3D Basecamp 2022. The workflow also relies on Vectric (Cut2D is sufficient).
CNC machine is from VWM.co.Uk I did a lot of research and have not been disappointed with my choice, ask me for more info.

This custom metal and wood sign was made using a ShopSabre SideKick 8 Combination Table. Having a combination table allows you to do both plasma cutting while incorporating routing into your shop.
