Real test of SCULPFUN S6 Pro 60W effect laser engraving machine ,10mm wood cutting and 0.1mm super thin engraving line , We used SCULPFUN S6 Pro spot compression engraving machine.

The materials tested are 10mm raw wood, 6mm plywood, white label paper, ceramic plates, stainless steel wine bottles, canvas, and rubber stamps. All are actual recordings. We We compare and get results that this performance exceeds the expensive 60W CO2 laser engraving machine. Even in the field of spot compression lasers, the cutting depth of 10mm is far greater than that of ATOMSTACK A5 Pro or other machines.
If you are interested in the engraving process and want to learn, or you need the vector cutting files we use, please contact us. We use Lightburn engraving software to make it. Contact us at [email protected].

There’s something so satisfying about making waves! We’re continuing to utilize the Bantam Tools Desktop CNC Milling Machine’s multi-material capabilities in this walnut wood relief project. We used a Datron 6 mm single-flute for the initial roughing pass and 2D contour, and then we switched to a 1/8″ ball end mill for the finishing pass!
