When you first get a new CNC router, it is important to make sure it is set up right. You want to run a break-in cycle to make sure everything is settled in. Otherwise, there may be some parts that are not tightened down properly.

This video shows you how to set up your CNC router to break your new CNC router in, and how to write the gcode to do it. this video is beginner CNC router owners. This is the first step of CNC router maintenance

In case you are wondering what is g code, this video will show you how to write gcode for your CNC router to run this cycle.

Once you run a breakin cycle, you will find that some things need to be tightened or adjusted.
